I am based in Austin and work with children and families across Texas.

Both in-person and secure online video appointments are available.

Training and consultation is available nationwide.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out via contact form or email to schedule a free consultation phone call—we’ll talk about your concerns and goals and assess whether we’d be a good fit for working together. I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

What does it cost?

My fee is $200 per session (45-50 min).

Costs for additional services (e.g., school visits, letters) can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment is due at the time of service.

As my time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at full fee.

When are appointments scheduled?

Appointments are usually between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes once per week at a consistent day and time a time we agree on.

My schedule mirrors the structure of the academic year with its regular holiday breaks, and flexible availability in the summer.

I will work with your family to figure out a regular routine that makes sense.

How do I pay?

When we get started, clients set up a securely vaulted credit card on file, which is charged following each session.

Most HSA and flexible spending cards are accepted.

Do you take insurance?

I am considered a private pay, out-of-network provider and do not file directly with insurance companies.

Upon request, I can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you plan to submit for reimbursement, please check with your insurance company ahead of time regarding your coverage, benefits, and deductibles.
